Abstract:
Biography:
Dr. Mo Li is an Associate Professor from Nanyang Technological
University. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University
in 2004, and PhD's degree from HKUST in 2010 respectively. Dr. Li has
been working in areas of wireless sensing and networking, IoT for smart
cities and urban informatics. Over the past few years, Dr. Li has
published papers in journals and conferences in the field which have
received over 6000 citations. Dr. Li has been on the editorial board of
IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile
Computing, ACM Transactions on Internet of Things, and IEEE Transactions
on Wireless Communications. He served the technical program committee
member for major conferences in computer system and networking,
including MobiCom, MobiSys, SenSys, INFOCOM, etc. Dr. Li was recently
elected Asia Pacific Best Young Researcher by IEEE Communication
Society, for his contributions to building networked and distributed
sensing systems. He received Nanyang Research Award (Young Investigator)
in 2016, a prestigious recognition to his research excellence by NTU.
