Syllabus
Week 1:
- start with a 10 minute nap right after lunch.
- write in your journal how you feel afterwards.
Week 2:
- increase to a 30 minute nap in the afternoon.
- write in your journal how you feel afterwards. Be sure to describe how you felt before and after.
Week 3:
- increase to a 45 minute nap in the afternoon.
- add a 30 minute nap after your first class (not on the same day)
- write in your journal how you feel afterwards. Be sure to describe how you felt before and after.
Final:
- Write a 5 page essay comparing and contrasting morning verses afternoon naps and the changes in length.
