Week 1:

  • start with a 10 minute nap right after lunch.
  • write in your journal how you feel afterwards.

Week 2:

  • increase to a 30 minute nap in the afternoon.
  • write in your journal how you feel afterwards. Be sure to describe how you felt before and after.

Week 3:

  • increase to a 45 minute nap in the afternoon.
  • add a 30 minute nap after your first class (not on the same day)
  • write in your journal how you feel afterwards. Be sure to describe how you felt before and after.

Final:

  • Write a 5 page essay comparing and contrasting morning verses afternoon naps and the changes in length.
