CSE volunteers get visitors SET for successful future

MSU Science, Engineering and Technology (SET) day took place on Saturday, February 24 this year. CSE volunteers participated in this annual university-wide event that provides high school students, parents, and teachers with a glimpse into the opportunities study at MSU can provide.

Visitors viewed demonstrations in the following research labs:

  • Embodied Intelligence (EI) Laboratory

  • Media and Entertainment Technologies (MET) Laboratory

  • Pattern Recognition and Image Processing (PRIP) Laboratory

Spartasoft, SHPE, and Women In Computing members were on hand to share information about their organizations while CSE student volunteers participated in a panel discussion and answered questions.

CSE thanks the students, faculty, and staff who served as ambassadors for Michigan State University.
