Xiaoming Liu has been elected as Fellow of IAPR

Dr. Xiaoming Liu, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering,  has been elected as Fellow of the International Association of Pattern Recognition (IAPR). The Fellowship will be formally presented at the ICPR 2020 conference in Milan, Italy. The honor of IAPR Fellow is given to at most 0.25% of the total IAPR membership every other year. This time 23 new Fellows were created globally, and Professor Liu is one of them.
