Cheng receives project from Ford

Betty Cheng, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, has been granted a project from Ford entitled "Method for Executing Powertrain Features in Parallel in a Multicore Environment." The objective of the project is to develop a method for analyzing the interactions between powertrain controls software components to determine the feasibility of executing those software components in parallel in a multicore environment.
