Chitra Dorai elevated to IBM Fellow

Chitra Dorai, 1996 PHD CSE PRIP graduate, has been elevated to an IBM Fellow. An IBM Fellow is the highest technical honor in IBM. There are less than 300 IBM Fellows active overall.
