Luis Zaman recognized for outstanding service by a graduate student
Luis Zaman is a Ph.D. student currently finishing his dual-degree in Computer Science and Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, & Behavior working with Drs. Charles Ofria and Richard Lenski as his advisors. Luis has been a superb citizen in his time at MSU, contributing to the welfare of his fellow students, promoting and supporting major projects such as the BEACON Center for the Study of Evolution in Action, and engaging in numerous outreach activities to broaden the interest in computer science of elementary students, high school students, undergraduates, and the general public.
