Liu mentors High School Student to a Best Demo Award

Xiaoming Liu, Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, worked with Kyle Milka, a senior at the Kalamazoo Area Math and Science Center and Portage Northern High on a biometrics project last summer. This work won a Best Demo Award at the Sixth International Conference on Biometrics: Theory, Applications and Systems.
