Ross to receive IAPR Young Biometric Investigator Award

Arun Ross, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University, has been awarded the first edition of the IAPR Young Biometric Investigator Award. The award is presented to an outstanding scientist in the area of biometrics who is under the age of 40. The award will be presented to Prof. Ross as a cash award and an inscribed certificate in June at the International Conference on Biometrics in Madrid, Spain. He will also deliver a plenary talk at the conference as the award recipient.
