CSE student presents invention at White House


Spencer Ottarson, sophomore in Computer Science at Michigan State University, presented an invention to President Obama at the White House at an event to honor young scientist. Ottarson, graduate of Williamston high school, presented the invention of an alarm system built within a buoy to detect rip tides. The invention was developed with Ottarson's classmates at Williamston.
