Liu and Torng issued new patent

Alex Liu and Eric Torng, Associate Professors of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University, and Chad Meiners of the Technical Staff at MIT Lincoln Laboratory (formerly a PHD student at Michigan State University) have been issued on February 12, 2013, a US patent for "Bit Weaving Technique for Compressing Packet Classifiers".
