2012 Withrow Awards

Laura Dillon and Wayne Dyksen received Withrow awards at the 22th Annual College of Engineering Awards Luncheon on March 22, 2012.

The John D. and Dortha J. Withrow Endowed Teacher / Scholar / Service Award Program recognizes faculty and staff who have demonstrated excellence in instructional and scholarly activities and rendered distinguished service to the university and the student body.

Laura Dillon received the Withrow Exceptional Service Award. This award is presented to a faculty member in the College of Engineering who demonstrates exceptional service, including institutional service, public service, community service, and faculty mentoring.

Wayne Dyksen received the 2012 CSE Withrow Teaching Excellence Award. This award recognizes outstanding performance in instruction as well as student mentoring and supervision in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Recipients are selected based on nominations from students.
