Paulino, Jain and Feng win best paper at SIBGRAPI

Alessandra Paulino, Anil Jain and Jianjiang Feng received the best paper award at the 23rd Conference on Graphics, Patterns and Images (SIBGRAPI) in Bramado, Brazil, for the paper "Latent Fingerprint Matching: Fusion of Manually Marked and Derived Minutiae.
