Anil Jain, University Distinguished Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, has received funding for several projects from the NSF Industry-University Research Center on Biometrics at West Virginia University (CITeR). These projects deal with cutting edge research in biometrics recognition. CITeR members include major federal agencies (NSA, FBI, DHS, DOD) and leading biometrics companies. The project are:

1. Facial age modeling-Phase 2

2. Large face database indexing and retrieval using face marks
