McCullen and VanderSloot win awards

Mark McCullen has been elected by CSE students to receive the 2006-2007 Withrow Teaching Excellence Award. This award recognizes outstanding performance in instruction as well as student mentoring and supervision in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

Teresa Isela VanderSloot will be awarded the 2006-2007 Withrow Student Service Award. This award recognizes outstanding service to students in the College of Engineering.

Please join me in thanking both Mark and Teresa for their excellent performance and in congratulating them on this well deserved recognition!

Faculty and staff are invited to attend the Annual Engineering Awards Luncheon at the University Club at noon on March 29 to publicly recognize Mark, Teresa and other colleagues in the College who will receive Withrow awards.
